Returns

All products offered by Mostrami may be returned within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The item has to be sent back in its original state, unused and clean, with all of its tags intact, free of any smells such as lotions, perfumes, etc..

Due to the nature of products offered by Mostrami and with accordance to existing laws, custom made items - meaning any item made according to particular requirements of the client or adjusted to meet his or her individual needs - cannot be returned. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact Mostrami prior to placing the order.

Step by step guide to returns:

  1. If you decide to return your order, please contact our Client Services via e-mail at klient@mostrami.pl. For orders within Poland, please provide a convenient time for pickup of the returned item within a 4-hour timeframe. For international orders, the client is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs.
  2. Client Services will send you a confirmation of pickup request from the shipping company.
  3. Print and fill out the return form.
  4. Pack your items with the return form and invoice.
  5. Address the package to:

  1. Remember to include the proof of purchase (invoice) which arrived with your order.
  2. You will receive a refund within 14 days of your returned item's delivery to our office or once you provide proof of sending the returned item back. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  3. For your convenience and the security of our delivery services, MOSTRAMI will cover the cost of delivery within Poland. We recommend that you ship your return via DHL. We will not accept packages returned by Payment on Delivery option.

Exchanges

Each MOSTRAMI purchase can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. In order for the exchange to be processed the item must be returned to our office in its original condition, goods are required to be exchanged in unused and clean condition, with original labels attached.

Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or colour. Because of the unique nature of some of our products, please check that your item is available in the desired size or colour before initiating the exchange procedure. If you wish to exchange one item for another we suggest returning the item in question (at no cost to you) and purchasing the new item as an independent transaction.
