Claims

Under the Law of Electronic Sales of Consumer Goods, all our products are covered by a two-year warranty.

Claims on faulty goods can be filed within this period of time by printing the Return/Exchange/Claim form and sending it to MOSTRAMI, along with the product in question. 

Claims must be accompanied by the original invoice or other proof of purchase.

Step by step guide to filing a claim:

  1. Print and fill out the Return/Exchange/Claim form.
  2. Pack and ship the items, along with the completed claims form and proof of purchase. 
  3. In Poland, return it free of charge via DHL. For claims outside of Poland the client is responsible for shipping cost.

CLAIMS

Please contact our Client Services with any additional suggestions or concerns by email at klient@mostrami.pl.

Please indicate how you would like to resolve your claim: repair, refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of the item's delivery to our office and shipped at no cost to you. The refund for the item will take the same form as the initial method of payment.

Given the unique character of many of our products, replacement of certain items may not be possible. In such cases, MOSTRAMI will refund the cost of the item in full.
